化学沉淀法处理磷化废水的实验研究

     

摘要

针对某汽车涂装车间产生的磷化废水,采用化学沉淀法去除废水中的镍和磷。分别进行了PH,钙盐和PAM对镍和磷去除效果影响的实验。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为石灰投加量200 mg/L, pH10, PAM投加量0.3 mg/L。此条件下,废水中镍去除率约为95%;磷的去除率约为48%。将最佳工艺条件应用于实际工程运行中,废水中剩余镍的浓度约为0.4 mg/L,低于1 mg/L,满足了DB31/199-2009《上海市污水综合排放标准》中镍的排放标准。%The optimum operating conditions for the treatment of phosphating wastewater by chemical precipitation were studied. The results showed that when concentration of lime was at 200 mg/L, pH value was at 10 and concentration of PAM was at 0. 3 mg/L, the removal rate of nickel was about 95%, and for phosphate the removal rate was about 48%. When these optimum conditions were applied in actual operation, the removal rate of nickel can reach 96%, and the residual concentration in the wastewater was about 0. 4 mg/L, below 1 mg/L, which met the requirement of Shanghai Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( DB31/199-2009 ) .
