银灰岩专用石粉助磨剂的研究与应用

摘要

Through the means of complex formulation, a limestone powder grinding aid was prepared, which had grind-aiding effect, gain in strength and water reducing effect, and successfully solved a big problem of the stone factory in Guangxi which the silvery limestone's water requirement was too high. The study found that joining a special silvery limestone powder grinding aid developed by our company, fluidity of silvery limestone powder had a substantial increase from the original 94% to 104%, and potentially active of limestone powder was also fired. Use of silvery limestone powder in aid as admixture incorporation in fresh concrete can effectively improve the workability of fresh concrete.%通过复配的方式制备出了一种具有助磨、增强、减水效果的石粉专用助磨剂，成功解决了广西某石粉厂生产的银灰岩石粉需水量过高的问题。本文通过研究发现，加入我公司自主研发的银灰岩专用石粉助磨剂后，银灰岩石粉的流动度比大幅提高，从原来的94%提高到了104%，并且石粉的潜在活性也得到了激发。使用助磨剂的银灰岩石粉作为混合材掺入新拌混凝土中可以有效的改善新拌混凝土的和易性。
