江苏某印染公司废水处理及回用工程设计

         

摘要

Hydrolysis acidification+contact oxidation+MBR+RO wastewater treatment and reuse process were used to treat the dyeing wastewater of Jiangsu company. Processing structure of process parameters, design parameters and device parameters were described. At the same time, electricity cost, pharmaceutical costs, labor costs, sludge treatment cost and membrane loss cost were analyzed in detail. Recycle water flow of this design was 1200 m3/d, with 66. 7% return rate. Reuse water quality met the needs of production, external displacement met Table 2 standard of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry. The cost of treatment process was about 4. 05 yuan/t, the benefit of annual recovery was 1. 17 million yuan.%采用水解酸化+接触氧化+MBR+RO废水处理及回用工艺处理某印染厂的废水,并介绍了各处理构筑物的工艺参数、设计参数、设备参数等,同时对废水处理及回用工艺中的电费、药剂费、人工费、污泥处理费用、膜损耗成本等进行了详细分析。本文设计回用水量为1200 m3/d,回用率为66.7%。回用水质满足生产的需求,外排水量满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》中表2标准。本工艺的处理费用约为每吨4.05元,年回收效益为117万元。
