分析了沉香树脂形成对白木香果皮挥发性成分的影响。以19批结香和未结香白木香的果皮为材料, GC-MS联用技术构建白木香果皮挥发性成分指纹图谱并用《中药指纹图谱相似度评价(2004 A版)》进行相似度评价。正交偏最小二乘判别分析法(OPLS-DA)将样品进行分组,变量权重(VIP)法筛选出组间差异性化合物。自动质谱退卷积定性系统(AMDIS)结合保留指数( RI)鉴定差异组分。结果表明:已结香、未结香白木香果皮指纹图谱相似度均差异较大,其相似度范围为0.376~0.882。白木香果皮按照人工诱导时长、人工诱导方式的不同分为两组。 AMDIS结合RI共鉴定出11个差异组分,差异组分色谱峰峰面积之和占总峰面积的44.08%~72.43%。沉香(树脂)形成对白木香果皮挥发性成分可产生一定影响,但未结香、已结香果皮挥发性成分的组成未呈显著性差异。%To analyze the effect of agarwood formation on volatile components in the pericarps of Aquilaria sinensis, nineteen batches samples were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer ( GC-MS) , and similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine (2004A version) was used. Orthogonal partial least squares discriminate analysis ( OPLS-DA ) and variable important in the projection ( VIP ) were employed to identify different components of the pericarps A. sinensis. The different components were identified by automated mass spectral deconvolution and identification system ( AMDIS ) combined with retention index ( RI ) . Results showed the correlation coefficient of the 19 batches of the pericarps A. sinensis ranged from 0. 376~0. 882. OPLS-DA scores plots of spectrum fragmentation information showed that samples were divided into 2 groups according to agarwood inducement method and resins formation time. 11 different components were identified and quantified, which accounted for 44. 08% ~72. 43% of the total content. The results suggested that the different components in the pericarps of A. sinensis were related to the formation of agarwood. But there were not significant differences between the pericarps of non-resinous and agarwood-producing Aquilaria tree.
