添加剂的化学基团对环氧树脂固化产物耐热性的影响

     

摘要

环氧树脂低分子聚酰胺因良好的综合性能而成为使用范围较广的高分子材料,但热性能不理想限制了其使用。本文采用三因素两水平正交设计试验方法研究了醇类、硅油、丁基缩水甘油醚三种添加剂对EP-44固化物热性能的影响。实验结果显示:含羟基的醇类和硅油的添加能使EP-44固化物的热变形温度提高22.6%,而含单环氧基的丁基缩水甘油醚和硅油的加入则使热变形温度降低7.3%。%Epoxy resin with low molecular polyamide has been widely used because of its good comprehensive properties, but its thermal performance is not ideal. Orthogonal experimental design was used to study the impact of three additives alcohol, silicone oil and butyl to EP-44 Cured thermal properties. The results showed that alcohol was added to make the heat distortion temperature of the cured EP-44 increase to 22. 6%, while containing a single epoxy-butyl ether, and silicone oil reduced the heat distortion temperature to 7. 3%.
