JX-WG128型压力蒸汽灭菌器法兰泄漏分析及改进

摘要

The flange bolts is a chemical and pharmaceutical equipment in pipe connections which has many advantages such as simple structure,high bonding strength and good sealing performance.But the typical disadvantage is leakage.According to the flange leakage event of the JX-WG128 pressure steam sterilizer in Xiangju Pharmaceutical Group,the selection and installation of flange,the check of preload,the correct selection and installation of the sealing gasket,the selection of qualified flange,correct welding,the use of the correct pre tight way and the reasonable use of the sealing gasket were briefly analyzed,regular inspection and maintenance measures to solve the problem were put forward.This design presented a new measure to improve the flange joint and has some reference value for similar enterprises.%法兰螺栓连接是一种在化工、制药设备中最常用的管道连接方式,具有结构简单,拆卸方便,接合强度高,密封性能好等优点,但失效泄漏是典型的密封失败的表现.本文根据香菊集团JX-WG128型压力蒸汽灭菌器在生产过程中发生法兰接口泄漏事件,分析了法兰片的选用和安装,预紧力的校核,密封垫片的选用等因素,提出解决法兰泄露的方案.本设计对法兰接头提出新型改进措施,对同类企业具有参考价值.
