钙掺杂的多孔TiO2的制备及其光催化性能研究

         

摘要

采用溶剂蒸发自组装法(EISA)制备了钙掺杂的多孔TiO2薄膜,以聚苯乙烯(PS)微球、聚醚P123分别为大孔和介孔导向剂.通过SEM、TEM、XRD、PL、比表面积分析法及紫外-可见分光光度法对材料形貌、结构、光降解性能进行了表征.研究了不同含量的Ca掺杂样品在紫外光区对罗丹明B(RhB)的光降解性能.实验结果表明,掺杂少量的Ca可以显著提高大孔-介孔TiO2薄膜材料的光催化活性,且当掺Ca量为0.25%时,多孔 TiO2对RhB的光催化活性最大.%Ca-doped porous TiO2 films were prepared by using polystyrene (PS) microspheres as macroporous guide agent, polyether P123 as mesoporous guide agent, via the solvent evaporation self-assembly method (EISA). The morphology,structure and photocatalytic degradation performance were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,PL,specific surface area analysis and UV-Vis spectra. The photocatalytic degradation of the macro-mesoporous TiO2 with different Ca amount doping to RhB in Uv region were analyzed. Experimental results revealed that only less Ca-doped can significantly improve the photocatalytic degradation of macro-mesoporous TiO2, when the Ca doping amount was 0.25%, the porous TiO2 had the largest photocatalytic activity to RhB.
