自动化控制在TATB生产线中的应用

摘要

随着任务需求量的不断增加,TATB的生产规模也在不断扩大,机械设备的安全操作及控制也变得更加危险和复杂.TATB生产具有易燃、易爆等特点,如果生产中出现控制不合理、安全措施不到位等问题,将会导致比较严重的安全事故.为更好地避免生产安全事故的发生,本文主要对TATB生产线的自动化控制进行了总结与分析,为生产线长时间的稳定运行奠定了基础.%As the task demand increasing, TATB is also constantly expanding scale of production, the safety operation and control of the mechanical equipment have also become more dangerous and complex. TATB production has the characteristic such as inflammable and explosive,if the control is not reasonable,the safety measures are not in place, and so on,it will lead to more serious safety accidents. To better avoid the happening of any production safety accident, TATB production line automatic control was mainly summarized and analyzed,laid the groundwork for the stable operation of production line for a long time.
