新源县相对独立平面坐标系统的建立与分析

摘要

Combined with the construction of relative independent plane coordinate system in Xinyuan County, the author analyze the reasons of constructing local independent coordinate system, discussed the constructing methods, the conversion calculation between local independent coordinate system and national coordinate system.%　　结合新源县相对独立平面坐标系统的建立，分析了建立地方独立坐标系统的原因，论述了地方独立坐标系建立的一般方法，及其与国家坐标系的转换关系和计算方法。
