基于可变模糊集法的北海市水资源承载能力评价

摘要

In order to evaluate and study the water resources carrying capacity of Beihai City ,based on analysis of the major influencing factors,the evaluation model was established by use of variable fuzzy set theory,and analytic hierarchy process was adopted to determine the weights of relevant indexes. The results demonstrate that water re⁃sources carrying capacity of Beihai City met the demands of development and had a general trend of getting better year by year during the period of 2004~2012. The construction of water-saving society in Beihai City has made sig⁃nificant achievements,laying a solid foundation for sustainable economic and social development in the future.%通过分析北海市水资源承载能力的主要影响因素，应用可变模糊集理论建立水资源承载能力评价模型，并采用层次分析法确定评价模型中相关指标的权重，对北海市的水资源承载能力进行了评价研究。结果表明：2004~2012年，北海市水资源承载能力能够满足发展需要，且总体呈逐年趋好态势。北海市的节水型社会建设成效显著，为今后经济社会的可持续发展奠定了坚实基础。
