公格尔水电站B780CF高强钢岔管制造与焊接

摘要

介绍了新疆克州布仑口-公格尔水电站的基本情况及压力钢岔管的制作方法。该电站水头高（607 m）、引水发电压力钢管采用目前强度等级最高的800 MPa级B780CF高强度的低合金钢材制作和焊接。论述了钢岔管的制作流程的工艺和质量控制措施。%An introduction was made on the basic situation of Bulunkou-Gonggeer Hydropower Station in Kezhou City of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and on the manufacturing method of bifurcated penstock. The con-cerned hydropower station is designed with high water head up to 607m, so its diversion penstock is made of B780CF high-strength low-alloy steel at the highest strength level of 800MPa. The author discussed the manufac-turing process, technique and quality control of bifurcated steel pipe.
