和田县喀拉格尔水电站增容改造工程经济评价

摘要

In accordance with the stipulations of relevant specifications, comprehensive economic evaluation was conducted by with-and-without comparison method for the capacity-expansion and upgrade project in Hetian Kal⁃age’er Hydropower Station. The results show the project is financially feasible and economically rational.%根据国家相关规范规定，采用“有无对比法”，对和田喀拉格尔水电站增容改造工程项目进行了综合经济评价，结果表明：项目在财务上可行，经济上合理。
