HPLC测定益肾膏滋中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘要

Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC )method for determination of icariin in Yishen gao. Methods The analysis was performed on symmetry C18( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm ), with mobile phase of acetonitrile and water( 25 ∶ 75 ),and the detective wavelength was at 270 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 040 -2. 062 μg( r =0. 9995 ). The average recovery was 99. 78％ and RSD was 1. 65％ . Conclusion The methods is simple , rapid and accurate and could be used for quality control of Yishen Cao.%目的 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定益肾膏滋中淫羊藿苷的含量.方法 色谱柱为symmetry C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),乙腈-水(25 ∶75)为流动相,检测波长为270 nm.结果 淫羊藿苷在0.040 ～2.061 μg线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.78%,RSD=1.65%.结论 本法快速、简便,精密度好,灵敏度高,可用于益肾膏滋的质量控制.
