钼靶－超声联合应用在微钙化乳腺病变定性诊断中的价值

摘要

Objective To explore the value of molybdenum-target photography combined with ultrasonography for the qualitative diagnosis of microcalcification mastopathy .Methods The pathologic and imaging data of 117 cases of microcalcification mastopathy were retrospectively analyzed .All cases were divided into different groups according to the image characteristics of molybdenum target photography or ultrasonography .Then the cases were regrouped according to the combination of two approaches .The sensitivity ,specificity and coincidence rate were compared among three approaches .Results There was no significant difference in the specificity or coincidence rate among three approaches.The sensitivity of combination of molybdenum-target photography and ultrasonography(97.33%) was high than that of molybdenum target photography(89.33%)or ultrasonography(81.33%).Conclusion For the diagnosis of microcalcification mastopathy,molybdenum-target photography combined with ultrasonography is superior to single one ,and can increase the sensitivity .%目的：探讨钼靶－超声联合应用在定性诊断含有微钙化灶的乳腺病变中的价值。方法回顾性分析117例微钙化乳腺病变的病理及影像学资料，分别根据钼靶、超声图像的特点对病例进行分组，将两种检查方法联合应用对病例重新分组，比较钼靶、超声、钼靶－超声联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度及符合率。结果钼靶诊断、超声诊断以及钼靶－超声联合诊断的特异度、符合率相似，但钼靶－超声联合诊断的灵敏度为97．33％，均高于钼靶诊断（89．33％）及超声诊断（81．33％）。结论对微钙化乳腺病变，钼靶－超声联合应用优于单一诊断，可提高诊断的灵敏度。
