大黄免煎颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗术后肠麻痹的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To explore the efficacy of Boil-Free Rheum officinale Granule combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets for the early treatment of postoperative ileus (POI).Methods One hundred patients with POI after abdominal surgery were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was given combined therapy of Boil-Free Rheum officinale Granule and Mosapride Citrate Tablets,while the control group was given Mosapride Citrate Tablets alone.The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom efficacy,clinical efficacy,indicators for recovery were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The TCM symptom efficacy and clinical efficacy in the study group were superior to those in the control group,but no significant difference was found between the two groups (P ＞ O.05).The time to normal bowel sounds and time to anal exhaust in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Boil-Free Rheum officinale Granule combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets can reduce the time to normal gastrointestinal function in the early treatment of POI.%目的 探讨大黄免煎颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片早期治疗术后肠麻痹(POI)的疗效.方法 选取行腹部手术后发生POI的患者100例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例.研究组给予大黄免煎颗粒及枸橼酸莫沙必利片联合治疗;对照组仅给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗.观察并对比两组患者中医症状疗效、临床疗效、恢复指标的差异.结果 研究组患者的中医症状疗效、临床疗效等方面优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);研究组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗期间两组患者均未发生不良反应.结论 大黄免煎颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片早期治疗POI可缩短胃肠功能恢复时间.
