补肾活血方联合电针治疗对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者内分泌激素和妊娠结局的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue recipe combined with electroacupuncture on endocrine hormone and pregnancy outcome in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 120 infertile patients with PCOS were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene citrate,while in the observation group received Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with electroacupuncture.The total clinical effective rate,sex hormone level,steroid hormone receptor level,cycle ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and early abortion rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(91.7% vs 71.7%;P<0.05).After treatment,the level of luteotropic hormone in the observation group was lower than the level in the control group and before treatment,and the level of estradiol in the observation group was higher than the level in the control group and before treatment(all P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the level of follicle stimulating hormone,testosterone or prolactin between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of mesenchymal and glandular estrogen receptor,androgen receptor and progesterone receptor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The rates of cycle ovulation and pregnancy were higher and the rate of early abortion was lower in the observation group compared to those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with electroacupuncture can improve the clinical effective rate,cycle ovulation rate and pregnancy rate as well as reduce the rate of early abortion in patients with PCOS.%目的 探讨补肾活血方联合电针治疗对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者内分泌激素和妊娠结局的影响.方法 将PCOS不孕症患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例.对照组患者给予枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,观察组患者给予补肾活血汤联合电针治疗.比较两组患者临床总有效率、性激素水平、甾体激素受体水平、周期排卵率、妊娠率及早期流产率.结果 观察组患者临床总有效率(91.7%)高于对照组(71.7%)(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者促黄体激素水平低于对照组及治疗前,雌二醇水平高于对照组及治疗前(均P<0.05),但两组患者促卵泡激素、睾酮、泌乳素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).观察组患者治疗后间质及腺体的雌激素受体、雄激素受体及孕激素受体水平均低于对照组患者(均P<0.05).观察组患者周期排卵率及妊娠率均高于对照组,而早期流产率低于对照组(均 P <0.05).结论 补肾活血汤联合电针治疗PCOS患者可以提高临床治疗有效率、周期排卵率及妊娠率,降低早期流产率.
