广西主要森林类型效益计量及经济评价

摘要

参考有关资料及国家林业局发布的《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》（LY/T1721-2008）标准对广西森林生态系统进行效益计量并通过效益转换和货币置换,将森林多种效益货币化。结果表明：广西壮族自治区主要森林类型生态服务效益总价值为4 989.299亿元,其中固碳释氧467.78亿元,保育土壤382.189亿元,涵养水源2 378.72亿元,森林游憩367.74亿元,生物多样性保护1 085.52亿元,净化大气307.35亿元。研究结果将为广西林业产业发展＂56820＂行动计划、＂绿满八桂＂工程以及政府部门＂十二五规划＂的相关决策提供基础参考数据。%In reference with the relevant information and the ＂Forest Ecosystem Service Functions Assessment Standards＂（LY/T1721-2008）,the benefits of main forest types in Guangxi were valuated and diversified benefits were monetized by benefit transformation and currency permutation.The results showed that the total annual value of the ecosystem service functions of Guangxi forest was 498.9299 billion Yuan（RMB）,of which 46.778 billion for the function of fixing carbon and releasing oxygen,38.2189 billion for soil conservation,237.872 billion for water conservation,36.774 billion for forest tourism,108.552 billion for bio-diversity conservation,30.735 billion for atmospheric purification.The results would provide basic reference data for Guangxi forestry industry development ＂56820＂ plan,＂Green Guangxi＂ project and relevant decisions of ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂.
