从三级预防角度谈周围性面瘫并发症的防治

摘要

Facial paralysis complications such as facial spasm around belong to chronic diseases, and the treatment guidelines for chronic diseases are tertiary prevention. Early treatment of facial paralysis is secondary prevention the facial paralysis complications. According to the different meanings of tertiary prevention and close combination of TCM, this paper illustrated the specific prevention of peripheral facial paralysis complications and treatment strategy to protect and promote the health of the patients, to improve the quality of life of patients, and also provided a new perspective for clinical treatment.%周围性面瘫并发症如面肌痉挛属于慢性病，慢性病的治疗指导原则是三级预防；及早治疗面瘫是预防面瘫并发症的二级预防。本文根据三级预防的不同含义并紧密结合中医临床来阐述其对周围性面瘫并发症的具体预防与治疗策略，为保护和促进患者的健康、为提高患者的生命质量、也为临床治疗提供了一个新视角。
