中药自拟清肝方治疗眩晕的临床疗效观察

摘要

ObjectiveToobservetheclinicaleffectofvertigotreatedbyself-madeChineseherbal.Method 60patientswithvertigowere randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group.Each group were treated by oral flunarizine capsule 5 mg qn and Vitamin B1 pills tid.Chinese herbal group were treated by adding oral self-made Chinese herbal once a day.Result The total effective rate of Chinese herbal group was 93.3%, which was 66.7% in control group.The comparative difference of the total effective rate in two groups wass of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Vertigo treated by self-made Chinese herbal can achieve significant clinical effect.%目的：评价中药自拟清肝方对眩晕的临床疗效。方法将60例门诊患者随机分为中药组及对照组各30例，分别给予西比灵胶囊5mg口服，每晚1次。维生素B1片口服，每日3次。中药组再给予清肝方水煎剂口服，每日1剂。结果中药治疗组总有效率达到93．3％，对照组总有效率达到66．7％，中药组治疗效果明显优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论清肝方治疗眩晕有明显效果。
