中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎44例

摘要

目的：观察中药皂刺汤保留灌肠配合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将86例患者随机分为治疗组44例和对照组42例。治疗组：皂刺汤保留灌肠配合腹部微波理疗；对照组：盆炎清栓直肠给药配合腹部微波理疗；疗程均为10天。结果两组治疗后中医证候均比治疗前改善（P＜0.05），其中治疗组有效率优于对照组。结论皂刺汤保留灌肠配合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切，不易复发，值得推广应用。%Objective To observe the therapeutic retention-enema of Chinese herbs combined with microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation .Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 44 cases and control group of 42 cases. The treatment group used retention enema of Zaoci decoction combined with abdominal microwave therapy .The control group used rectal suppository of Penyanqing combined with abdominal microwave therapy .The course of treatment was 10 days.Results After treatment, TCM syndrome of the two groups improved (P<0.05), and the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group . Conclusion The retention enema of Zaoci decoction combined with abdominal microwave therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation has exactly curative effect , is easy to relapse , and is worthy of popularization and application .
