天堂山水库溃坝风险分析

摘要

According to the dam break accidents that caused by possible emergencies , and in accordance with the relevant litera-ture, when dam breaks the four parameters is calculated as follows:the dam site maximum flow, the maximum flow of each control section of the river, flood travel time, flooding height and flooding range .On this basis, the loss caused by dam failure is assessed;the event level in conformity to the criteria crisis classification is determined .%根据天堂山水库可能出现的突发事件造成溃坝事件发生，按有关文献计算溃坝时坝址最大流量，以及河道各控制断面的最大流量、洪水传播时间、淹浸高度、淹浸范围等，评估溃坝事件造成的损失，按突发事件分级评定标准确定事件等级。
