中小河流治理工程中的生态设计理念

摘要

该文针对中小河流治理问题，从生态设计的角度，提出在中小河流治理中要建设自然的、能呼吸的、有生命的、清洁的、原生态的、低碳的河道，并给出这些生态设计理念的具体要求和实施意见及建议，可供中小河流治理工程设计参考。%Aiming at the medium and small -sized rivers treatment issues , from the perspective of ecological design , the natural , breathing, living, clean, original ecological and low carbon river in the medium and small rivers treatment project has been put forward to build, and specific requirements of these ecological design concept has been given .Moreover, ideas and suggestions have been implemented , which can be a reference for the medium and small rivers treatment project design .
