山洪灾害调查智能终端系统研发与应用

摘要

Based on the mountain torrent disaster survey technical requirements, by using portable intelligent tablet, key technolo-gies are settled such as mass data rapid process loading, multithreading dynamic data loading and drawing, line and node double property coding, tablet bluetooth external high-precision GPS-RTK, DEM seamless link, the automatic selection of administrative villages, the automatically filling in of codes, the automatic filling in and export of canonical form.Aiming at mountain torrent sur-vey, intelligent terminal system that corresponding to mountain torrent disaster investigation are developed.And it is firstly applied in Maoming City of Guangdong province, which leads to the mountain torrent disaster investigation field efficiency improved, and the industry work reduced, and result quality greatly improved.%项目立足于山洪灾害调查技术要求，利用便携智能平板终端，研究解决了海量数据的快速加载、多线程动态数据加载和绘制、线节点双属性编码、平板蓝牙外接RTK、航测影像DEM动态读取、行政村编码自动填写、规范化表格填写与导出等一些列关键技术，完全针对山洪调查技术要求研发实现了相应的山洪灾害调查智能终端系统。在广东省茂名市率先得以应用，使山洪灾害调查外业效率提升，内业工作减少，成果质量大幅提升。
