目的：探析四肢骨折后关节僵硬的观察与临床护理方法。方法选择四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者92例为研究对象，随机分为两组，其中给予对照组常规护理，而观察组则运用针对性护理干预，对两组的护理效果进行比较分析。结果与对照组比较，观察组的关节优良率明显较高，组间对比差异明显（ P＜0．05）；同时，两组在护理满意度方面比较差异有统计意义（ P＜0．05）。结论临床上给予四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者针对性护理干预，不仅有助于恢复患者的关节功能，还能增强护理满意度，值得推广。%Objective To explore the limbs fracture joint stiffness method of observation and clinical care.Methods Choose 92 patients with joint stiffness after extremities fractures as the research object , and randomly divided into two groups , which give control group routine care , while the observation group used targeted nursing intervention , the comparative analysis of nursing effect of two groups .Results Compared with control group , the observation group was significantly higher , the joint between compared significant difference ( P <0.05 ); At the same time , the two groups in terms of nursing satisfaction comparison difference had statistical significance ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Clinical anchylosis after extremities fractures patients 'targeted nursing intervention , not only helps restore the joint function of patients, also can enhance nursing satisfaction , is worth promoting.
