加速热处理技术对木材颜色变化影响的研究

     

摘要

分别采用氯化锌、磷酸二氢铵和磷酸为主要成分的3种药剂将木材进行浸渍处理,然后再进行热处理,研究处理温度、药剂及其浓度对木材色泽变化的影响情况.结果表明:3种药剂浸渍木材热处理方法能加速热处理木材的颜色反应,随着温度的升高和药剂浓度的增加,木材的L*、a*、b*明显下降,色饱和度差△C*明显降低,△E *色差逐渐增大;这种处理方法能缩短木材热处理的反应时间,对木材颜色特征起到了明显的催化加速反应作用.%In this paper, three reagents (the main component of zinc chloride, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and Phosphoric acid) were impregnated into wood before heat-treatment, and then the color changes of treated wood before and after heat-treatment were studied. The results showed that the pretreatment method that wood impregnated by three reagents could accelerate the color-reaction of the heat-treatment of wood. With increases of the concentration of reagents and temperature, the Color indexes L * , a * , b * and △ C * were decreasesd, but the chroma ( △E * ) increased. Temperature, catalyst and its concentration had a significant impact on the color of treated wood, three reagents in wood could accelerate the speed of response of heat-treatment, and the color characteristics showed that this combined treatment had performanced a significant catalytic acceleration response role.
