提高瓷支柱绝缘子干闪和湿闪电压的方法

             

摘要

As a kind of important power transmission and transformation equipment, the porcelain post insulator is widely used in high-voltage pow er transmission and transformation projects.In order to strengthen external level of the porcelain post insulator, the attachment system consisting mainly of organic material is placed on electrodes and some umbrella skirts on the basis of original insulator.Namely, the insulator proposed in this paper consists of three parts including electrodes, insulation body and attachment system made of organic material.According to electric field distribution theory, gas discharge theory and surface discharge theory, the attachment system is set to suppress development of pow er frequency dry flashover and w et flashover discharge phenomenon, so as to achieve the goal of improving insulator's electric property.Taking tw o trial products the upper half 110 k V porcelain post insulator and the low er half 110 k V porcelain post insulator, the paper makes theoretical analysis, experiment and computer simulation.The results show that w ithout changing original insulator structure, application of the attachment system has respectively increased pow er frequency dry flashover voltage and w et flashover voltage of the upper half 110 k V porcelain post insulator by 15.4%and 14.8%, and has increased pow er frequency dry flashover voltage and w et flashover voltage of the low er half 110 k V porcelain post insulator by 9.9%and 6.1%respectively.%瓷支柱绝缘子作为一种重要的输变电设备,广泛应用于高压输变电工程中.为了增强瓷支柱绝缘子的外绝缘水平,以原有绝缘子母体为基础,在电极处和某些伞裙处设置主要由有机材料组成的附件系统(即绝缘子由电极、绝缘体和有机材料附件系统三部分组成).根据电场分布理论、气体放电理论和沿面放电理论,通过设置附件系统来抑制工频干闪和湿闪放电现象的发展,从而达到提高绝缘子电气性能的目的.以上半截、下半截110k V瓷支柱绝缘子作为试品为例进行理论分析、试验对比以及计算机仿真,所得结果表明:在没有改变绝缘子母体结构的情况下,应用附件系统将上半截110 k V瓷支柱的工频干闪电压和湿闪电压分别提高了15.4%和14.8%;将下半截110 k V瓷支柱的工频干闪电压和湿闪电压分别提高了9.9%和6.1%.
