基于滤波器的调速系统侧低频振荡抑制措施

         

摘要

Low frequency oscillation caused by governing system often happens in power system while suppression methods of changing closed-loop control to open-loop and manual control are not conventional methods,thus there are no effective methods for restraining low frequency oscillation. Aiming at above problems,a kind of suppression method at the side of governing system based on filter was proposed which firstly monitored angular velocity,power,valve signals and valve com-mand signals and then judged relevance to the governing system. Filter and proportional-integral-differential(PID)control-ler was installed in series and performance of filter with resistance was applied to remove low frequency oscillation disturb-ance signals to stop oscillation. Time-domain simulation indicated that this method was able to effectively restrain oscillation and recover normal operation of the system.%由调速系统引起的低频振荡现象在电力系统中时有发生,而变闭环控制为开环、手动控制等抑制方法不是常规方法,导致在抑制此类低频振荡的发生方面并没有十分有效的方法。基于此,提出一种基于滤波器的从调速系统侧抑制的方法,先对角速度、功率、阀位信号和阀位指令信号进行监测,并由此判断与调速系统的相关性;随后投入滤波器与比例积分微分控制器串联,运用带阻滤波器的性能,达到滤除低频振荡扰动信号进而平息振荡的作用。时域仿真表明,本方法可以有效抑制振荡,使系统恢复正常运行。
