智能电网输电线路在线监测技术进展

摘要

With construction of strong smart grid and development of communication,power source and sensor technology especially after new standards of power transmission line online monitoring technology coming on in 2010 by state grid cor-poration,great progresses have been realized in theoretical research on power transmission line online monitoring technology and related device development.This paper analyzes development state of online monitoring technology hereafter and points out framework of new online monitoring technology,change of monitoring kinds and existing problems in development.In aspects of net-in detection,standard completion and management system,it discusses and expects future development trend of online monitoring technology.%随着坚强智能电网的建设以及通信、电源、传感器技术的发展，特别是在2010年国家电网公司出台输电线路在线监测技术新标准后，输电线路在线监测技术的理论研究与装置研发均得到了较大的进展。分析了此后在线监测技术的发展状况，指出了新在线监测技术的架构、监测种类的变化以及发展中存在的问题，从入网检测、标准完善、管理制度等方面进行探讨，并展望了在线监测技术的未来发展趋势。
