两渡直流投产后南方电网失步特性及应对措施分析

             

摘要

两渡直流投产后南方电网将形成“八交八直”并列运行的局面,可大幅提高西电东送的能力,但也会给南方电网严重故障后的失步特性带来新的问题。为此,研究了南方电网现有失步解列控制措施的适应性及存在问题,通过仿真研究分析了两渡直流投产后南方电网失步振荡特性的变化,并根据南方电网发展情况给出了云南与主网异步联网、强化稳定防线等方面的应对措施。%After Xiluodu and Nuozhadu HVDC being put into operation,the southern power grid is going to form a paralle-ling opration situation of eight alternatives and eight directs while at the same time of greatly improving transmission of elec-tricity from the western to the eastern region,it may cause new problems in out-of-step characteristics after serious faults happening to the southern power grid.Therefore,this paper studies adaptabilities and existing problems of present out-of-step separation control measures of CSG.By simulation studies,it analyses changes of out-of-step oscillation characteristics of the southern power grid after Xiluodu and Nuozhadu HVDE being put into operation.According to development situation of the southern power grid,it provides countermeasures in aspects of asynchronous networking of Yunnan power grid and the main grid and strengthening stable line of defense.
