In order to learn operation condition of distribution cables and evaluate cable ampacity,equivalent thermal circuit models in stable and transient states of three-core cables are established in accordance with equivalent thermal circuit theory. Based on parameters of IEC 60287 calculation model,the paper respectively calculates conductor temperatures of 10 kV three-core cables laid in the air and under the ground.An experimental simulation platform is built to compare calculation result of equivalent thermal circuit and experimental resuin addition,the errors are analyzed to validate correctness of e-quivalent thermal circuit model.%为了掌握配电网电缆运行状况,有效评估电缆线路的载流量,依据等值热路法理论建立三芯电缆稳态及暂态的等值热路模型,基于IEC 60287计算模型参数,分别计算10 kV三芯电缆在空气敷设和土壤敷设下的导体温度。建立实验仿真平台,对等值热路法计算值和实验结果进行比对及误差分析,验证了等值热路模型的准确性。
