基于本地信息预防连锁跳闸的集成保护实现方案

         

摘要

Interlock tripping caused by flow transferring is an important factor for result in blackout over the world.Identifi-cation of flow transferring overload and measures such as fast generator tripping and load shedding were effective ways to re-duce overload degree of non-fault lines and avoid unreasonable action of remote backup protection.Therefore,a set of digit-al substation integrated protection and control platform was developed,realization schemes for software and hardware of the digital integrated protection device were stated and identification module and fast control strategy generating module of flow transferring overload based on local information was designed.Initial testing experiment verified feasibilities of realizing functions of providing backup protection,identifying flow transferring overload and adopting relevant strategies for more power transmission lines inside one protection device.%潮流转移引起的连锁跳闸是导致世界各国大停电的重要因素之一。识别潮流转移过负荷,迅速采取切机、切负荷等措施是降低非故障线路过负荷程度、避免远后备保护不合理动作的有效手段,为此,研制1套数字化变电站集成保护与控制平台,阐述了数字化集成保护装置的硬件和软件实现方案,设计基于本地信息的潮流转移过负荷识别模块和快速控制策略生成模块。初步测试验证其可行性,实现了在1台保护装置内部为多条输电线路提供后备保护、识别潮流转移过负荷与采取相应策略的功能。
