避免事故过负荷条件下远后备保护不合理动作的解决方案

     

摘要

Cascading trip caused by flow transferring is one of important factor to result in blackout. Therefore,aiming at problem of unreasonable action of zone-Ⅲ of distance protection under post-fault overload condition,research on wide area backup protection based on wide area measurement system information,overload restriction based on local information and overload identification and interlock based on domain sharing information was carried on. Schemes for solving this problem proposed at home and abroad were summarized,existing problems were analyzed and key problems to be studied and solved were pointed out.%潮流转移引起的连锁跳闸是导致世界各国大停电的重要因素之一,基于此,针对距离保护 III 段在事故过负荷下的不合理动作问题,进行基于广域测量系统信息的广域后备保护、基于就地信息的过负荷限制和基于站域共享信息的过负荷识别及闭锁3类研究。总结了国内外提出的解决该问题的方案,分析了现有研究存在的问题,指出了需要研究和解决的关键问题。
