美国主要电力系统运营及调度机构能量管理系统

摘要

研究目前美国各地由独立系统运营者或区域输电组织控制调度的电力系统控制中心的功能。通过对电力系统调度中心能量管理系统发展背景和主要功能的介绍，展现了当前美国电力系统调度和控制技术的发展和实际应用情况，其中一些较为先进的方法和概念可为国内电力系统的运行及新型调度中心的设计及建设提供参考和借鉴。%This paper introduces functions of power system control center controlled and scheduled by independent operators or regional power transmission organizers in America. By introducing development background and principal functions of en-ergy management system(EMS)of power system dispatching center,the paper shows development and practical applications of present dispatching and control technologies for American power system among which some advanced methods and con-cepts may provide references for power system operation and design and construction of new typed dispatching center.
