基于静态信息的在线暂态稳定评估及预防控制

         

摘要

In allusion to insufficiencies of online practicability and rapidity of current transient stability assessment (TSA)and prevention control,this paper presents a method for online TSA and prevention control based on static information. This method firstly uses a great deal of contingency time domain simulation samples to establish relationship between static infor-mation such as power grid operation mode and topology structure and transient stability level. It adopts the shortest path dominant instability generator group (DIGG)identification method to recognize transient instability mode of the power grid and divide generator group as well as select characteristic quantity of transient stability evaluation based on DIGG and net-work topology. Then it deduces approximate linear relationship between critical cut time (CCT)and active output of DIGG, and by adjusting the active output of DIGG at CCT point to be large enough,it can avoid instability risk of the power grid. Finally,by simulation on IEEE 10-generator and 39-node system and CSG system,it verifies reasonability and effectiveness of this method.%针对目前暂态稳定评估与预防控制的在线实用性和快速性不足等问题,提出了一种基于静态信息的在线暂态稳定评估及预防控制方法.首先,利用大量的预想事故时域仿真样本建立电网运行方式、拓扑结构等静态信息与暂态稳定水平的关系,采用最短路的主导失稳机群辨识方法来识别电网暂态失稳模式和划分机群,并基于主导失稳机群和网络拓扑选取暂态稳定评估特征量;然后,推证出临界切除时间(critical cut time,CCT)与主导失稳机群有功出力的近似线性关系,通过调整在CCT的主导失稳机群有功出力至足够大,从而规避电网失稳风险;最后,通过IEEE 10机39节点系统和南方电网系统仿真,验证了该方法的合理性和有效性.
