300 MW汽轮机组抗燃油劣化原因分析及处理

         

摘要

In allusion to the problem of degradation of phosphoester fire-resistant oil in 300 MW turbine of one power plant, this paper analyzes influence of non-metal materials,moisture,oil pipe cleaning solvent,oil temperature and purifying ca-pacity of the bypass regeneration device on quality of fire-resistant oil and discovers main reasons for degradation are partial overheating points of the hydraulic servo-motor of the high-pressure (HP)governing valve and bad oil filtering effect of the fire-resistant oil bypass regeneration device. It also proposes a scheme for transforming cooling water flow of the hydraulic servo-motor and changing the online oil filtering device. Values of water mass concentration,acid,resistivity and granulari-ty all get right which means the problem of degradation is solved.%针对某电厂300 MW机组出现磷酸脂抗燃油(以下简称"抗燃油")劣化的问题,分析了抗燃油系统中非金属材料、水分、油管清洗溶剂、油温、旁路再生装置净化能力对抗燃油品质的影响,找出抗燃油劣化的主要原因是汽轮机高压调节汽门油动机存在局部过热点及抗燃油旁路再生装置滤油效果差,并提出改造高压调节汽门油动机冷却水流道和更换抗燃油在线滤油装置的方案.改造后抗燃油的含水量、酸值、电阻率、颗粒度均恢复正常值,劣化问题得到了解决.
