电力变压器振动噪声的多物理场耦合分析

         

摘要

Modeling simulation method is used in this paper for transient calculation and research on production, propagation and distribution of vibration noise of the power transformer. By means of theoretical analysis on production mechanism of vibration noise, it determines correlation between characteristic of vibration noise of the power transformer and other influencing factors. It adopts multi-physical field finite element analysis software to build a 3D entity model for the power transformer for multi-physical field coupling simulating calculation on comprehensive electromagnetic field, structural force field and pressure field. Corresponding results show space distribution and frequency characteristic of vibration noise signal of 3D power transformer in each solution domain. Comparison result with actual measured noise data under the same working condition indicates this modeling method and analysis calculation has higher veracity to supplement important and effective means for studying vibration noise of the power transformer.%采用建模仿真的方法对电力变压器振动噪声的产生、传播和分布进行瞬态计算研究.通过对电力变压器振动噪声产生机理的理论分析,确定电力变压器振动噪声的特点与各影响因素之间的关联性.利用多物理场有限元分析软件,建立电力变压器三维实体模型,进行综合电磁场、结构力场、压力声场的多物理场耦合仿真计算,结果显示了三维电力变压器振动噪声信号在各个求解域内的空间分布情况及其频率特性.与同工况下实测噪声数据的对比结果表明,所采用的建模方法和分析计算具有较高的准确性.
