适应电力市场多成分直接交易的日内发电计划模型和方法

         

摘要

在当前大用户直购电背景下,机组合同电量计划要求刚性完成,而负荷偏差、故障检修等因素发生变化时,可能造成电量计划无法精确执行.随着交易成分越来越复杂,对于不同成分电量计划完成进度的均衡性提出了更高的要求.因此,电网公司迫切需要一种高效精确的日发电计划模型和方法,在保证电网安全运行的前提下滚动调整机组出力,完成不同交易成分下合同电量进度均衡目标.为此,提出了适应电力市场多成分直接交易的日内发电计划模型和方法,实时跟踪机组合同电量的完成进度,采用滚动建模方法,对不同交易成分设置不同二次惩罚系数,实现对机组合同电量完成进度的精确、均衡控制.以中国某省级电网为算例的测试结果表明,所提模式、模型与方法极大提高了机组电量完成率与均衡性.%At the background of direct electricity purchasing by big customers at present, it is required to rigidly complete contract electricity quantity, while due to changes of some factors such as load deviation and fault overhaul, contract electricity quantity may not be accurately completed. With transaction components become more and more complicated, higher requirement is put forward upon equality of complete schedule of different component of electricity quantity. Therefore, power grid corporations are eager to need a kind of high efficient and accurate intraday generation scheduling model and method which can realize rolling adjustment on unit output and complete the target of keeping schedule equality of the contract electricity quantity on the premise of ensuring safe operation of the power grid. Thus, this paper presents intraday generation scheduling model and method adaptive to multi-component direct transaction in the electricity market which can real-timely track complete schedule of contract electricity quantity. By using rolling modeling method, the model and method sets different quadratic penalty coefficients for different transaction components so as to realize accurate and balanced control for complete schedule of contract electricity quantity. Testing result of one provincial power grid also indicates the proposed model and method can greatly improve completion rate and equality of electricity quantity.
