电厂SCR脱硝系统与石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统故障分析

         

摘要

This paper investigates and analyzes faults of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) dcnitration system and limestonegypsum wet desulfration system of coal-fired units in one region,and uses a method combined k-means clustering and association rules based on fault data to analyze correlation between faults of systems and characteristic parameters of the unit.Results indicate that three main faults of the SCR denitration system include low temperature annealing operation,blockage and leakage,the most seriously faulted parts of the limestone-gypsum wet desulfuration system are booster fan,gas-gas heater (GGH) and absorption tower,fault of SCR denitration equipment mostly happens to the unit with low load rate,short denitration commissioning time and tangentially fired boiler,and the fault of limestone-gypsum wet desulfuration system frequently happens to the unit with coal of high sulfur content,small capacity and tangentially fired boiler.It points out that by analyzing faults of SCR denitration system and limestone-gypsum wet desulfuration system of the coal-fired unit,it is able to greatly improve economy and security of the whole unit.%对某地区大量燃煤机组的选择性催化还原法(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝系统以及石灰石 石膏湿法脱硫系统故障进行了调研和分析,以故障数据为基础采用k-means聚类结合关联规则的方法分析SCR脱硝系统以及湿法脱硫系统故障情况与机组特征参数之间的相关性.结果表明:低温退投运、堵塞以及泄漏是SCR脱硝系统的三大主要故障;增压风机、烟气-烟气换热器(gas-gas heater,GGH)以及吸收塔是脱硫设备故障最为严重的三大部件;SCR脱硝设备故障多发生于负荷率低、脱硝投运时间短、切圆型锅炉的机组;石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统故障多发生于入炉煤含硫量高、容量小、切圆型锅炉的机组.对燃煤机组的SCR脱硝系统和石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统进行故障分析可大大提高整个机组的经济性、安全性.
