电力系统运行驾驶舱系统设计与应用

摘要

In allusion to problems of the dispatching automation system of power system such as data explosion and lack of ef-fective information integration and deep excavation,this paper aims to carry out function positioning for the power system operation cockpit (POC)in the smart system framework system of the power grid.Taking the grid level,provincial level and regional level dispatching centers as practical objects,it introduces design development,key technologies and operational benefits of POC.Actual application effects indicate POC plays an important role in promoting automatic level,commanding ability in business and management ability of dispatching operation.%针对电力系统调度自动化系统存在数据爆炸以及缺乏信息有效整合、深度挖掘等问题,对电网运行智能系统框架体系中的运行驾驶舱(power system operation cockpit,POC)进行功能定位;以南方电网的网、省、地三级调度机构为实践对象,介绍了 POC的设计开发情况、关键技术和运行效益.实际应用效果表明,POC 对提升调度运行的自动化水平、指挥业务能力和管理业务能力有突出作用.
