目的：从抑制牙菌斑、减轻牙龈炎症及减少牙结石形成3个方面,探讨含中草药成份的医真功效牙膏的效果。方法120例牙龈炎患者,随机均分为2组,基线检查后试验组使用“医真”功效牙膏刷牙,对照组使用不含功效成份的牙膏刷牙,1周后记录菌斑指数,3个月、6个月后记录龈沟出血指数和牙石指数。结果1周后2组牙菌斑指数均有明显下降(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.790)；3个月时试验组(P=0.040)和对照组龈沟出血指数均显著下降(P<0.001),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)；6个月时,试验组牙石指数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论医真功效牙膏能够抑制牙菌斑、减轻牙龈炎症及减少牙结石形成,其中所含的中草药成份具有减轻牙龈炎症及减少牙结石形成的功效。%Objective To evaluate clinical effects of YiZhen functional dentifrice on the dental plaque control, reduc-tion of gingivitis and dental calculus. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with gingivitis were randomly allocated into two groups: experimental group and control group. The patients in experimental group were assigned to YiZhen func-tional dentifrice containing Chinese herbs. Meanwhile, patients in control group were assigned to functional dentifrice without Chinese herbs. Both groups received dental prophylaxis at the baseline. The plaque index was recorded in one week. The gingival and calculus indices were recorded in three and six months. Results The plaque index of both groups decreased significantly ( P<0. 05) , but no significant difference was found between two groups ( P=0. 790) . The gingival index of experimental group ( P=0. 040) and control group ( P<0. 001) decreased significantly, and significant differences were found between two groups in 3 and 6 months ( P=0. 008 and 0. 029 respectively) . In 6 months, the cal-culus index of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group ( P=0. 034) . Conclusion The YiZhen functional dentifrice is effective in the control of dental plaque, reduction of gingivitis and dental calculus.
