汽轮机油中进水原因分析及处理

摘要

兖矿国泰化工有限公司50 MW汽轮发电机组,由于蒸汽量不足和生产系统负荷变化,机组长期处于较低负荷并且开停车及负荷大范围调整较为频繁,近两年透平油箱出现进水现象,其主要原因为冷油器渗漏和前汽封损坏造成漏汽进入机头箱。为此,笔者将机组在油中进水方面存在的问题及解决方法进行了总结,为其它类似机组的调试、运行提供借鉴。%Due to insufficient steam production system load and changes in unit,50 MW turbine-generator unit of Yankuang Cathay Coal Chemicals Company be a long period of low load and load a wide range of open parking and more frequent adjustments.Past two years,the phenomenon of turbine water tank there,the main reason for the oil cooler before the gas seal leakage and damage caused by steam leakage into the head box.Therefore,the problems of oil in water in turbine and solves methods summarized in the paper.Provide running reference for other similar units.
