白压补风方式在炼化研究实验室中的应用

     

摘要

It's difficult for the lab of Petrochemical Research Institute of Karamay Petrochemical Company to accomplish ventilation when the experiments are carried out, due to the lack of ventilation equipment. However, when the ventilation is fulfilled via door and windows the indoor temperature is likely to decline dramatically in winter. Meanwhile, it's easy tbr outside dust enter directly, and inside gas cross, thus influencing the experiment accuracy. Therefore, it's necessary to augment ventilation system for the lab. The traditional compelling ventilation exists certain drawbacks, as follows. Firsly, the atmosphere pressure in each lab can not be controlled within certain spectrum, thus the micro-negative pressure couldn't be maintained. Secondly, the wind can not be allotted to every lab averagely. Thirdly, excessive energy is consumed in the process of sending wind. Nonetheless, the above defects can be overcomed if the pressure ventilation is carried out, and furthermore, the ventilation quality can be ensured.%克石化公司炼化院实验室进行实验时,由于没有补风设备,造成实验室补风困难,采用门窗补风时,造成冬季室内温度偏低,同时造成灰尘直接从室外进入实验室,而目.实验室之间气体互串,影响实验精度。因此,在实验楼增设补风系统十分必要。传统的强制补风方式存在以下缺点:一、小能准确控制每个实验室内的大气压在一定范围内,进而不能保证室内微负压。二、不能将送风平均分配到每个实验室。三、送风的过程中消耗了过多的能耗。而采用自压补风通风方式可以在保证补风质量的同时,克服以上缺点。
