盐酸考尼伐坦的研究进展

摘要

盐酸考尼伐坦是非肽类血管加压素受体拮抗剂,对V1a和V2受体均有作用,是一种非肽类V1a/V2受体拮抗剂,主要用于治疗血容量正常的低钠血症。文章主要从盐酸考尼伐坦的合成,临床应用等方面进行综述,并阐述了盐酸考尼伐坦的用药前景。%Conivaptan hydrochloride is a non-peptide vasopressin receptor antagonists,it act on the both of V1aand V2 receptors,which is a non-peptide V1a/V2 receptor antagonist for the treatment of hyponatremia of blood volume normal.In the paper,synthesis,clinical applications of Conivaptan hydrochloride were reviewed and drug prospects of conivaptan hydrochloride was described.
