平板膜MBR工艺用于生活污水处理及回用工程

Advantages of MBR process is simple, small footprint, high efficiency and good water quality. By using MBR process to treat swage from electronics factory, the water can get the standard of COD≤25 mg/L, NH3-N≤5 mg/L, TP≤0.35 mg/L, which can meet the requirement of"recycled water for industrial water use water quality standards" (GB/TI9923-2005), and it can also be used for cooling water. The process had good economic and environmental benefits.%平板膜MBR工艺具有工艺简单、效率高、占地少、出水水质好等优点。采用平板膜MBR工艺处理某电子厂的生活污水,出水水质稳定,COD≤25 mg/L,NH3-N≤5 mg/L,TP≤0.35 mg/L,水质能达到《再生水用作工业用水水源的水质标准》（GB/T19923-2005）,可回用于空调冷却水,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
