砂滤技术在催化剂污水悬浮物处理中的应用研究

     

摘要

传统催化剂污水除悬浮物处理方法存在占地面积大,投资大,悬浮物难以达到国家环保处理标准要求。催化剂利用砂滤技术对催化剂污水悬浮物处理进行了中试试验。实验结果表明,砂滤技术在催化剂污水处理中能够长周期运行,能够较好地强制性地截留污水中的悬浮物,降低污水的沉降时间,降低污水处理装置的占地面积和投资成本,污水悬浮物能够能够满足国家环保标准。%Using traditional catalyst to remove suspended matter in sewage has the disadvantages of requirement of vast floor space and investment cost,while it’s difficult to meet the standards of state environmental protection.Pilot test was conducted that applying sand leach technology in catalyst treatment of suspended matter.The results showed that sand leach technology could work long in sewage treatment and had a perfect effect of retaining suspended matter in sewage.Meanwhile,sedimentation time of sewage,floor space of sewage treatment unit and investment cost were all reduced.After treatment,suspended matter could meet the standards of the state environmental protection.
