化工塔设备下封头开裂的修复及后评估

摘要

The water leakage between the underside head and the Skirt of six Unit Towers were found when by Hydrostatic testing.After the Fatigue Calculation,Intensity review and the material analysis for the cracking,the partly repair project was determined.The use and tracked analysis evaluation for two years has showed that the repairing project is reasonable,and it can meet the demand for long-term run.%某石化企业新建装置中6台塔设备在投用前进行水压试验时发现下封头与裙座处开裂漏水。经疲劳计算、强度复核及开裂处的材料分析,确定了局部修理方案。通过两年的使用及跟踪分析评估,验证修理方案合理,能够满足该批塔设备现场安全长周期使用的要求。
