安全阀数据采集系统的研制

摘要

The paper described the overall scheme of safety valve data acquisition system, and used VB to achieve several key technologies of system functions. Through the safety valve data acquisition system, to achieve real-time data acquisition and display the pressure curves of safety valve, also, it can automatically save the safety valve parameters, and print safety valve calibration report, original records and pressure curves. The greatly improves accuracy and efficiency of valve test.%文章介绍了安全阀数据采集系统的总体设计方案,阐述了利用VB实现系统功能的几项关键技术。通过该安全阀数据采集系统,实现了实时采集和显示安全阀压力数据,自动保存处理安全阀数据,即时打印安全阀校验报告、原始记录及和压力曲线图。这大大提高了安全阀校验精度和工作效率。
