三元正极材料前驱体Ni0.5Co0.2Mn0.3(OH)2洗涤工艺的试验研究

         

摘要

研究了以共沉淀法制备三元正极材料前驱体Ni0.5Co0.2Mn0.3(OH)2洗涤工艺对前驱体含硫量和含钠量的影响,提出了制备低钠硫三元正极材料前驱体的优化工艺条件.即采用一段洗碱加一段洗水的工艺处理:洗碱温度为70 ℃,洗碱中氢氧化钠的浓度为0.4 mol/L,洗碱量为三元前驱体质量的3倍;洗水温度为85 ℃,洗水量为三元前驱体质量的15倍.结果表明此工艺所得三元前驱体中硫酸根含量为1803 ppm、钠含量为46 ppm.%The washing process of precursor Ni0.5Co0.2Mn0.3(OH)2ternary cathode material was prepared by co-precipitation method, that have a great impact on the content of sulfate and sodium ion precursor Ni0.5Co0.2Mn0.3(OH)2ternary cathode material. In this work, the optimum process conditions for preparing precursor of ternary cathode material with low sodium ion and sulfur content were proposed. By means of washing of precursor with 0.4 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution temperature is 70 ℃, sodium hydroxide solution is 3 times of ternary precursor quality, and 70 ℃ pure water is 15 times of ternary precursor quality. The results show that the content of sulfate is 1803 ppm and the content of sodium ion is 46 ppm.
