全自动石墨消解-冷原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤中的汞

采用全自动石墨消解仪对样品进行前处理,用冷原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中汞的含量.该方法在0~20 ng范围内线性良好,线性方程为y(A)=0.021+1.517x(C),相关系数r2=0.9999,检出限为0.0008 mg/kg.对实际土壤样品进行6次平行测定,相对标准偏差为0.4 %~1.1 %.对标准土壤样品进行6次平行测定,测定结果均在标准值允许范围内.%The sample was pretreated with an automatic graphite digestion instrument, and the content of mercury in the sample was determined by cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
