某工业园皮革废水污水厂工艺优化改造工程实例

     

摘要

The leather wastewater treatment plant of an industrial park was built in 2003, the original process is a / o process, the effluent cod, ammonia nitrogen and other indicators can not meet the new emission standard requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out optimization and transformation, and finally to determine the biochemical treatment process, and the combined process, namely, chromium wastewater, blue skin water and raw hides water use the original pretreatment, summarized as comprehensive wastewater - 1 pool - anaerobic pond - aerobic pond - 2 pond - 2 pool - high oxidation reaction tank - final sink - to reach the standard discharge. The commissioning results show that the optimized process is suitable for the sewage treatment plant.%某工业园皮革废水污水厂建成于2003年,原有工艺为A/O工艺,经过处理后的出水COD、氨氮等指标达不到新的排放标准要求.因此,需要进行优化改造,最终确定改造工艺以生化处理为主,物化处理为辅的组合工艺,即含铬废水、蓝皮水、生皮水这三股水均采用原有预处理后汇总为综合废水—1号集水池—厌氧池—好氧池—二沉池—2号集水池—高级氧化反应池—终沉池—达标排放.经过改造后的调试结果显示,优化改造的工艺适合本污水处理厂.
